The bookstore operator

Payments are collected and orders are fulfilled by Operator legal identity awaiting configuration on behalf of The Leap Into Legacy. The operator identity shown here must be configured and approved before customer release.

Orders and payment

• The bookstore offers a physical edition, a visibly personalised EPUB edition, or both, subject to current catalog availability.
• Prices and checkout totals are shown in Malaysian ringgit (MYR). Review the final total before continuing to payment.
• An order is not treated as paid until the selected payment method confirms payment to the bookstore.
• Pre-orders are charged when placed. Fulfilment begins at launch according to the separate physical and digital notices shown at checkout.

Physical and digital fulfilment

Physical delivery depends on the shipping option confirmed at checkout. Any estimate is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

The EPUB displays the purchaser email and order reference. Its download entitlement has no automatic expiry or download limit, but the operator may manually revoke or rotate it when needed for support, correction, misuse, or a valid request.

Cancellations, problems, and complaints

The cancellation and remedy rules are set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy. Refunds, where agreed, are handled manually rather than automatically.

Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
