Privacy Notice
This notice describes how Operator legal identity awaiting configuration uses personal data when operating the The Leap Into Legacy website and bookstore.

- Delivery details for physical orders, including recipient, address, and phone number.
- Order, payment-status, shipping, fulfilment, refund, support, and transactional-email records.
- For a personalised EPUB, the purchaser email and order reference placed visibly in the file.
- Aggregate EPUB download count and first and latest download times. The bookstore does not store download IP addresses.
Why information is used
- To create and administer an order, confirm payment, calculate delivery, and fulfil physical or digital purchases.
- To send order, EPUB-ready, and dispatch messages and to respond to contacts or complaints.
- To prevent duplicate processing, protect download entitlements, record manual remedies, and operate the bookstore.
Service providers and cross-border processing
The bookstore uses Cloudflare for hosting, security, infrastructure, and optional Web Analytics; Herepay and HitPay for the displayed payment methods; EasyParcel and relevant courier providers for shipping; and ZeptoMail for transactional email. These providers receive only the information needed for their role.
Provider infrastructure may process information outside Malaysia. The operator must review and approve the applicable provider arrangements and cross-border handling before release.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
When the public beacon token is configured, the site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect aggregate page-view and performance information. The beacon does not use cookies or localStorage to collect usage metrics and is not used for advertising, behavioural profiles, session replay, or cross-site tracking.
No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising identifier, or marketing tracker is included.
Retention and choices
Order and operational records are kept only as needed for fulfilment, support, dispute handling, legitimate operational requirements, and applicable obligations. A personalised file is retained while its entitlement remains active unless it is corrected, regenerated, or explicitly purged.
Use the Contact and Complaints page to ask about personal data or request a correction or other available action. The operator will review the request before acting so that order, fraud-prevention, and legal record requirements are not compromised.
