Shipping Policy

This policy applies to physical copies purchased from the official The Leap Into Legacy bookstore and fulfilled by Operator legal identity awaiting configuration.

Malaysia

  • Eligible live shipping rates are requested for the delivery address and physical parcel.
  • The customer-facing Shipping total includes the provider rate and RM2 handling once per physical order.
  • If live quoting is unavailable, checkout may offer one Standard tracked fallback of RM10 total, inclusive of handling.

Singapore

  • Singapore checkout remains unavailable unless the destination has been explicitly enabled after international-shipping review and UAT.
  • When enabled, shipping uses a live rate plus RM2 handling once per physical order. There is no automated fallback when a live international quote cannot be confirmed.
  • Delivery is DDU. The recipient is responsible for destination duties, taxes, and import charges.

Dispatch and estimates

Courier booking is completed manually. When an order is marked as dispatched, the bookstore records the courier and tracking details and sends a transactional dispatch message.

Any delivery range shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Pre-order physical shipping timing is stated separately from the launch countdown.

Delivery problems

Wrong, damaged, or defective physical goods, and lost or damaged international shipments, are reviewed manually. Use the Contact and Complaints page with the order reference and relevant details so an appropriate remedy can be assessed.
