Digital Download and Personalisation Policy
Read this policy before buying the personalised EPUB edition of The Leap Into Legacy.
Visible personalisation
The EPUB visibly includes the purchaser email and order reference. Confirm the purchaser email at checkout because it becomes part of the supplied file.
This is visible personalisation, not a claim that the file uses digital rights management (DRM).
Availability and access
In live mode, a paid EPUB order enters generation after payment. A pre-ordered EPUB is released at launch. Generation and transactional delivery may take time and no guaranteed delivery time is stated.
The download entitlement has no automatic expiry or download limit. The bookstore records aggregate download count and first and latest download times, but not download IP addresses.
Correction, rotation, and revocation
The operator may correct and regenerate a file, rotate its link, revoke access, or purge the generated file when appropriate for support, correction, misuse, a valid privacy request, or an explicit operator action. Rotation invalidates the previous link.
A purchase grants the purchased edition. Corrected or replacement editions are handled manually.
Defective files and cancellation
A defective file may be corrected, reissued, or manually refunded after review. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered after the personalised EPUB becomes available. A cancellation request made before digital release is handled under the Returns and Refunds Policy.
